These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 3dbet ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern all access to and use of the 3dbet website at 3dbet.vu, including all betting, casino gaming, promotional, and account-management services offered thereon. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the 3dbet service.

By accessing 3dbet, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

• You must hold only one active account on the 3dbet platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether alone or in conjunction with other persons — is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on 3dbet. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email. 3dbet employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity in accordance with applicable standards.

KYC Verification Requirements

Account Security Obligations

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3dbet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods optimised for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 3dbet does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's account within minutes. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank.
• 3dbet reserves the right to decline a deposit if it suspects the source of funds to be fraudulent, unlawful, or associated with prohibited activity.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending submission of satisfactory documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 3-5 business days.
• 3dbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction history.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

3dbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement (rollover) applied to bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and markets specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• 3dbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, acted in bad faith, or breached these Terms in connection with a promotion.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game or games specified in the promotion and must be used within the stated validity period. Any winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 3dbet are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or casino game. Game-specific rules are displayed within each product. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Sports Betting

• A bet is only confirmed and valid once the player has received an official confirmation from the 3dbet system. Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided at 3dbet's discretion.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 3dbet's settlement rules for that sport will apply. Generally, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to availability. 3dbet reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including during periods of technical difficulty or when odds integrity cannot be assured.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day may apply. Where a maximum payout limit exists, it will be displayed in the relevant market. 3dbet reserves the right to apply reduced maximum winnings limits to certain players at its discretion.

Casino and Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems to determine outcomes. Game results are final once the round is completed and the outcome displayed on screen.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, 3dbet's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection and resolve the round according to its normal outcome. Any winnings owed will be credited to the player's account automatically.
• Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other approved providers. The rules of each live game are governed by the provider's published game rules, which take precedence over any general platform rules in the event of a conflict.

6. Responsible Gaming

3dbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available to adults aged 21 and above only. 3dbet provides the following tools and resources to support responsible play.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be processed.
• Cooling-off period: Players may take a short break from gambling by requesting a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without triggering a formal self-exclusion.
• Reality checks: Players may activate session time reminders that alert them to the duration of their current gambling session at regular intervals.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3dbet platform. 3dbet reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud, collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit platform features.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the platform, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of circumventing betting limits, bonus restrictions, or account suspensions.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the platform to convert illegal proceeds, or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Abusing the bonus system by registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

3dbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, extended account inactivity, or where 3dbet determines it is necessary to do so to comply with applicable law or to protect the platform's integrity.

Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3dbet, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 3dbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3dbet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 3dbet accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.

10. Amendments to These Terms

3dbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3dbet will publish the updated Terms on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, 3dbet may also notify registered players by email to the address held on account.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the 3dbet platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of those revised Terms. If a player does not accept the updated Terms, they must cease use of the platform and contact support to close their account.

11. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3dbet operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between the player and 3dbet through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
